    Thanks for the post! So you found a copy of our 5-song sampler “Great Lakes Chronicle…Live” from 1998. We know LOTS of folks who have kept their copy for a decade, and worn it out! (Readers, you can still order the full 20-song 2-cd set at LeeMurdock.com) Lee Murdock just performed his 18th annual Christmas Ship concert, AND the US Coast Guard Cutter Mackinaw just departed Navy Pier yesterday, December 8, after delivering 1542 Christmas trees to needy Chicago Families. A tradition started when BIG MACK was still in service. Lee wrote another Christmas Ship Song, “When Big Mack Comes To this Harbor” to celebrate that modern-day tradition of public service by today’s US Coast Guard men, women, and Auxiliary (also the Navy League Auxiliary).
