Continuing the Bluetooth theme mentioned yesterday, this morning I finally got around to making the blueberry muffins I wrote about last blueberry season. And to accompany them, a tall blueberry smoothie. Yum.

I just made up the smoothie and it went something like this:
In a blender:
1 C milk
1 C plain yogurt
1 banana (peeled 😉
2 T honey
2 C blueberries (frozen are great)
Whir together and adjust with more honey or add milk if too thick.
I put very ripe bananas in the freezer for baking and smoothies. If you don’t use a frozen banana add ice cubes to chill the smoothie.
Feel good about yourself for having such a good-for-you breakfast. Then brush your blue teeth.
