So you know Michigan?
Test your observational skills with the Great Lakes Gazette feature, Where? Wednesday.
On occasional Wednesdays I’ll post a photo and offer a prize (see below) to a winner from correct entries received by the deadline, which this week is 11:59 p.m., Friday, February 24 (EST).
This week’s mystery spot is easy—it’s been in the news recently because of its new automobile exhibit.
No one correctly guessed the last challenge, which was the Michigan News Agency in Kalamazoo.
To enter, email me with:
-the location of the object as specifically as you can (“The Thumb” or “Michigan” are too vague)
-your name and city (which will be announced if you win)
-your email address (which will be kept private) so I can contact you for a mailing address where I can send the prize
-Where? Wednesday in the email subject line
Email me with your best guess for the location of this vehicle using the form below by 11:59 p.m. (EST) Friday, February 24.
The winning entry of this week’s “Where? Wednesday” will receive a handy Kozak Auto DryWash. These cloths require no water for cleaning your car.
We haven’t actually tried one on our vehicles; I’m not sure the splattered paint would stand up to them. But those of you with normal paint jobs should have no problem. The Kozak cloths have been made since 1926 so someone must like them.
The company was recently purchased by a St. Clair Shores, Michigan native. And no, there’s no relation to my husband TJ Kozak’s family.
Click to check out this instructional video featuring The Kozak Girl from Kozak Asia demonstrating how to use the cloth. (Pete Hoekstra had nothing to do with this video.)
Looking forward to hearing from you!
