FestiFools: Ann Arbor’s Random Acts of April Foolishness

The Pure Michigan/Ann Arbor television ad claims that in the Southeast Michigan city “every day is a festival” and “Ann Arbor does it up different.”

That’s certainly true during the annual FestiFools, a street party and parade of giant papier-mâché puppets created by University of Michigan students and community volunteers.

Check out the sixth annual event from 4-5 p.m., Sunday, April 1 in Downtown Ann Arbor on Main Street between Washington and William.

I’ve never attended this but it looks like a cool event and has been on my To Do list. Maybe this year…
