So you know Michigan?
Test your observational skills with the Great Lakes Gazette feature, Where? Wednesday.
On occasional Wednesdays I’ll post a photo and offer a prize (see below) to a winner from correct entries received by the deadline, which this week is 11:59 p.m., Friday, October 5 (EST).
To enter, email me with:
-the location of the object as specifically as you can (“The Thumb” or “Michigan” are too vague)
-your name and city (which will be announced if you win)
-your email address (which will be kept private) so I can contact you for a mailing address where I can send the prize
-Where? Wednesday in the email subject line
Email me with your best guess for the location of this vehicle using the form below by 11:59 p.m. (EST) Friday, October 5.
In honor of the upcoming election the prize is a Detroit Loves A Good Party button that was produced by the Metropolitan Detroit Convention & Visitors Bureau when the city was bidding to host the national conventions of both political parties in 1980 and 1984.
Detroit, of course, hosted the 1980 Republican National Convention that named Ronald Reagan its nominee.
